By accessing or using SplitLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
SplitLink is a tool for generating agreement PDFs when sharing digital assets. It does NOT provide legal advice. The generated PDFs are templates and the user is solely responsible for their legal validity and enforceability.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SplitLink to:
- Upload or share illegal content.
- Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications.
- Violate the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
Violation of these acceptable use policies may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
Users retain full ownership of their uploaded content. SplitLink does not claim any rights, title, or interest over user-uploaded files or digital assets.
6. Limitation of Liability
SplitLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from the use of generated agreements. Please note that this is a beta service.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung) to understand how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms is Vienna, Austria.
9. Changes to Terms
The operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
